PRIVACY POLICY
Dear customer, according to article13 of Italian Law nr.196/2003 (Code of law concerning the protection of personal data) the author, herewith Holder of Data (ITSA), with reference to the establishment of contractual relations, informs that data, qualified by law as personal data, will be processed in respect of the regulation covered by Italian Law nr.196/2003 mentioned above.
The data, supplied by user or collected by third parties, could be processed with and without electronic instruments.
The data will be processed for contractual requirements, for legal obligations and also for good management of business relations. In particular, for the acquisition and administration of orders and related fiscal fulfillment and, furthermore, for the purpose of entrustment related to business debits or credits.
We inform you that personal data is treated as strictly required by the execution of the contractual relations, in accordance with the law, thus, it is possible that any refusal on your part to supply the required information, could result in the Holder of Data (ITSA) being unable to fulfill contractual relationships and legal obligations.
Any other data supplied, which is not under legal or contractural obligations but strictly pertinent to market analysis and survey, promotional activities and customer satisfaction, is facultative and collected by ITSA with the aim of promoting and developing business.
Refusal to supply the requested data will not prejudice the carrying out of services in any way. However, refusal will make it impossible to propose commercial initiatives and bonuses on products offered by the company.
Apart from the abovementioned conditions, in execution of the obligations covered by laws or contract, data processed by the Holder (ITSA) will be used to fulfill legal requirements and could be communicated, exclusively to safeguard credit and for reciprocal rights regarding business relationships and in particular:
- Credit Recovery Societies and Insurance Agencies
- Banks, concerning trade information
- Consulting Associations and Unions
- Consultant and Agency Services
- Professional people for the fulfilment of fiscal and accounting obligations
- Personal Data will not be divulged in any case
- Personal Data could be transferred towards UE or extra UE in execution of the obligations covered by laws, and in respect of conditions for which the data has been collected.
With regard to the same data, rights can be asserted by invoking article 7 of the Italian Law nr. 196/2003 and, in particular, the existence of personal data can be verified with the company and can be updated or rectified, modified, or integrated or cancelled if found to be incomplete, erroneous or processed under breach of the law. Furthermore, for legitimate reasons, it is possible to appeal against the processing of data, partially or in full, by addressing this request directly to the Holder of Data in charge of processing.
